When this exciting project breaks ground it will offer future owners the ability to purchase energy efficient, low- maintenance, Townhomes (Condominiums) on the waterfront in Bath, all within walking distance to the quaint, classic Maine village.

Having strong roots in the Bath community, our client has a much different approach to development. Catherine Davis and her staff (The Old Shipyard, LLC.) are determined to be exemplary neighbors, respecting the village culture, the vernacular architecture of the region, and treating the waterfront as a precious amenity for not just the townhome owners, but for Bath proper. They intend to do this all while setting an example for future development by delivering two LEED certified, energy efficient buildings.

Together, we have worked dilligently to design 20 units, each with a master suite and living room with views to the water. Each unit is unique, offering an alternative to the expected repetition of a typical condominium development. The buildings also feature ground source heat pumps, energy recovery ventilators, radiant concrete slab sub-floors, as well as many environmentally friendly materials and products.

Units available for sale. For more information visit the project website at: www.oldshipyard.com
